Combining his experience as a small business owner with an extensive background in sales, design and management, CJ is well-positioned to help his buyers discover the perfect home and assist his sellers in presenting their properties in the best possible light. A lifelong love of homes, design and architecture led him to earn a degree in architectural engineering from Penn State University.
His multi-faceted career has included serving as a principal of Mapletoft & Miller, an interior design firm; sales of architectural lighting products based on his expertise as an architectural lighting designer; and sales positions with Stark Carpet, where he developed strong relationships with his clients and co-workers.
A New Jersey native who grew up in Chatham and currently lives in Morris County, CJ is familiar with the entire market area, and can offer advice about local amenities, neighborhoods, price ranges, schools, cultural venues, recreation and more. He is married and enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking and spending time with his chocolate lab, Bruno.
